The Caring Center Begins to Gradually Reopen to Public
The Caring Center is undertaking steps to gradually reopen its food pantry to the public. Beginning Monday, October 26, 2020, the staff will be seeing one family at a time in the food pantry (masks will be required). Shopping carts will be sanitized between each use, and The Caring Center staff will wear mask and gloves.
Starting in November, The Caring Center will do deliveries to the sick and elderly once a month on the first Tuesday of the month, but exceptions may be made for emergency situations.
The Caring Center will be closed on Thursday and Friday, October 22 and 23, 2020, to prepare for reopening.
The Caring Center Is Open Normal Hours
The food pantry is drive through/curbside pickup only to protect our clients, volunteers and staff. We have pre-boxed food for pickup during normal hours of operation until further notice. We will be handing out extra items to families with children.
