Our transitional housing provides a structured, managed home environment with comprehensive case management for families in crisis and at-risk clients.The home is located on Main Street in Lebanon.
Program Requirements
- Boone County Resident
- Proof of current residence (Picture ID or current lease)
- In crisis or poverty
- Willing to work with case manager
